We control implementation of these procedures and recommendations, and constantly check their compliance with relevant legal acts: the Act on protecting personal data, the Act on the provision of electronic services, and all kinds of executive acts and Community law.

5. Personal Data is processed based on the consent expressed by the User and where the law allows the Administrator to process personal data based on the law or for the purpose of implementing a contract concluded between the parties.

Nija Store processes personal data of Store customers with: a) registering an Account in the Store to create an individual account and manage this Account, based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services under the Terms of use), b) placing an order in the Store, to perform a sales contract, under art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of the sales contract), c) subscribing to the Newsletter to send commercial information by electronic means. Personal data are processed after expressing separate consent under art. 6 clause 1 lit. and) RODO. Nija Store process personal data such as: a. first name and last name; b. Nickname / username, c. e-mail address, d. address*, e. Phone number*, * when you become winners in organised competitions to send prizes; or provide personal data to entities that provide it, e.g. to a courier, and with orders in the store for delivery f. Bank account number * in case of necessity to refund money for returned/refunded goods;

11. Nija Store transfers personal data to other entities only when permitted by law. In such a case, in a relevant contract concluded with a third party, this type of Contract is called entrusting the processing of personal data.
